Super Fiber

Application

  • Reinforcement of Casting Furnaces, Reinforcement in construction, Magnetic Shielding, ect.

Material

  • Heat-resistinf steel, Stainless, Steel, Nickel, etc.

Characteristics

  • Precise size and uniform diameter and tensile strength
  • High bending strength which comes from its high tensile strength ( the tensile strength of wire-type fibers is about 3.5 times higher than sheet-tupe fibers)
  • Indent-type fibers exhibit much better adhesion in refractory materials and prevent them from disintegrating
  • The unique roundish shape of wire-type fibers helps them glide better an various madiums and prevents the formation of fiber balls.
  • TDSH2 fibers have a lower oxidation rate than commercial grades of alloy steel and the coefficient of expansion is close to that for fire-resistant materials so such materials do not flake even under high temperatures.
  • In addition to wire-type fibers, more economical sheet-type fibers are also available
